Our technicians have the experience to integrate Sytech products with others, making for a problem-free installation of your line. Once the equipment is delivered, our team will perform a first-class installation, extensive training, and will be ready for any additional support or service you may need in the future.     SYTECH engineering offers a wide variety of services to the stamping industry:

  • CONSULTING
    The first step in providing the most efficient productivity solution is to begin with a detailed evaluation of the methods and equipment currently being used before we suggest improvements. Should our customers require detailed efficiency studies with justification for updated equipment and procedures, SYTECH ENGINEERING can provide consulting at a marginal fee, which can be reimbursed under certain circumstances in the case of a hardware purchase.
  • HARDWARE
    SYTECH offers a complete line of standard Quick Die Change hardware including clamps, die lifters, die rails, hydraulic power units and die handling equipment, all designed and manufactured in the USA. Special design problems can also be easily accommodated with custom equipment designed at our engineering facility in the USA.
  • AUTOMATION UPGRADING
    Being the sole supplier of KOHLER COIL HANDLING and SERVO TRANSFER lines, SYTECH ENGINEERING, together with KOHLER, is capable of upgrading old press lines with the latest controls, feed lines, transfers and quick die change.
  • INSTALLATION
    We install all the equipment we sell at a reasonable price, to make sure it works reliably as promised.
  • REPAIR, REBULID
    All equipment distributed by SYTECH is serviced by SYTECH personnel at our facility in Elk Grove Village, IL. Because of our location and spare parts back up, we are able to offer unequaled turn around time at reasonable rates.
  • SPARE PARTS INVENTORY
    SYTECH keeps a complete stock of standard wear parts for our quick die change equipment, ready for next day delivery. Non-standard parts can be manufactured and shipped within days.
  • WARRANTY
    All machinery and equipment is provided with a full one year parts and labor warranty.
