SYTECH offers following types of coilers:
  • Non motorized off-coilers
    The strip is drawn off by the straightening machine. A built in adjustable brake ensures the proper back tension of the strip.
  • Non motorized off-coilers with 2-roller
    They are used to run strips with 60m/min speed, or faster. A built in adjustable brake ensures the proper back tension of the strip.
  • Motorized off-coilers
    With these coilers, strip speeds up to 40m/min. Can be achieved. The strip speed can be regulated by means of dancer arm or non contacting variable speed loop control.
  • Pulling on coilers
    These coilers types are used in conjunction with strip brake. The strip brake maintain constant back tension.
  • Spool uncoiler/recoiler
    This coiler types is used for winding and unwinding strips on and from spools. The strip speed can be regulated by means of dancer arm or non contacting variable speed loop control.
  • Spool off coiler
    This coiler types is used to unwind the laid strips from the spool. The strip speed can be regulated by means of dancer arm or non contacting variable speed loop control.
  • Spool oncoiler and layer winder
    This coiler types is used for winding punched strips, aligning it sideways layer by layer.
  • Automatic spool recoiler type 20.2
    This coiler allows the automatic winding up of punched strips on 2 spools alternately. When the preset number of pieces is reached, the strip is cut off and automatically fed to the second spool which starts winding up the subsequent number of pieces immediately. Interleaving paper is put between each layer. This is done without stopping the production.
  • Automatic spool recoiler type 20.2
    This coiler allows the automatic winding up of punched strips on 5 spools alternately. When the preset number of pieces is reached, the strip is cut off and automatically fed to the second spool which starts winding up the subsequent number of pieces immediately. Interleaving paper is put between each layer. This is done without stopping the production.
  • Horizontal coiler type 3000 HO
    This coiler can be used for strips widths up to 100mm. Load capacity 3000 kg allows to load several coils simultaneously. The coils are delivered by the lift truck on wooden pallets and sat onto the table. The coils are worked of the top.
